Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Eprastha SaaS platform ("Service") provided by 1 Stop Tech Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Eprastha is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for organic supermarkets, providing:
- Inventory management with multi-unit pricing
- Farm-to-table traceability and verification
- Customer relationship management
- Delivery route optimization for Hyderabad region
- Sales and procurement analytics
- Mobile-responsive dashboard access
3.1 Eligibility
You must be a registered business entity operating an organic supermarket to use this Service. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and plan details are provided during the demo and onboarding process.
4.2 Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.3 Late Payment
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account access.
5.1 Data Entry Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all farm-level data, batch information, certification details, and origin information entered into the Eprastha platform. We provide the tools for traceability but do not verify the accuracy of source data.
5.2 Third-Party Data
If you integrate data from farms, suppliers, or certification bodies, you are responsible for verifying its accuracy. We are not liable for any claims arising from inaccurate traceability information provided by you or your suppliers.
5.3 Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable organic certification standards and food safety regulations in Telangana and India.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is the property of 1 Stop Tech Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Stop Tech Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Claims arising from inaccurate data entered by you or third parties
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Stop Tech Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Inaccurate traceability data you provide
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, and we will retain your data for 90 days for export purposes, after which it will be deleted.
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Telangana State.
10.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
10.3 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
